Which services appeared after an Adobe cancellation signal?
Within five months, 11.6% of the cohort had a ChatGPT/OpenAI receipt indicating a payment or active subscription, compared with 8.2% for Canva. ChatGPT/OpenAI and Canva were more common than Gemini at 3.0% or Figma at 0.4%. One panelist could be counted for more than one service, so these rates show which services appeared most often, not that one service replaced Adobe.
Assumptions & Methodologies
YipitData analyzed its U.S. e-receipt panel on July 20, 2026. The cohort included 1,324 panel members who joined before 2024 and remained active. Their latest Adobe receipt indicated cancellation between July and December 2025, and no later receipt indicated an active Adobe subscription. YipitData counted a service when a receipt indicated payment or an active subscription within five months. Panelists could be counted for multiple services. The ChatGPT/OpenAI category groups receipts identified through vendor names and receipt text. Some receipts may not have been recognized, so actual shares could be higher. The ranking of services is more dependable than the precise percentages.
