How common was Microsoft 365 in the recent MobiOffice cohort?

Among 955 established MobiOffice subscribers active from August 2025–July 2026, 43.6% also paid for Microsoft 365, compared with 9.0% of 1.39 million active panelists. People who pay for MobiOffice may also be more likely than average to buy paid software generally, so the timing test is stronger evidence that the two plans were held together.

Did MobiOffice subscribers also pay for Google One?

Google One appeared among 31.5% of the recent MobiOffice cohort, compared with 8.3% of active panelists, a 3.8× difference. The overlap shows that MobiOffice subscribers frequently paid for another productivity or storage service, but receipt data does not reveal whether the products served the same task or different household members.

Assumptions & Methodologies

We identified MobiOffice, OfficeSuite, and MobiDrive from U.S. e-receipt line items. The recent overlap cohort included 955 established MobiOffice subscribers active from August 2025–July 2026; the benchmark included 1.39 million active panelists. The concurrency test compared observed MobiOffice and Microsoft 365 receipt-date ranges from August 2024–July 2026. App-store and annual billing can miss cancellations or understate overlapping tenure. Co-holding does not establish deliberate double payment, product use, substitution, or causality, and the 88-person Microsoft-first group is directional. Results are panel observations, not market totals.
