Assumptions & Methodologies

YipitData analyzed its U.S. e-receipt panel on July 20, 2026, covering July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The cohort included 129,858 U.S. panelists with a TikTok Shop order-lifecycle receipt who were observable for the full period; overlap is the share with at least one order at each named retailer. Results reflect observed receipt-panel behavior and exclude purchases sent to unlinked inboxes. Overlap measures any co-purchase, not order frequency or share of wallet, and therefore does not establish whether TikTok Shop replaced another retailer.
