Assumptions & Methodologies

We analyzed our U.S. e-receipt panel on July 20, 2026, covering July 2025 through July 20, 2026. The cohort comprised 2,540 panelists with America’s Test Kitchen, Cook’s Illustrated, or Cook’s Country membership or subscription signals who were observed before the period and active within 30 days of its end. The benchmark was 646,206 other active digital subscribers. Retail purchases came from receipt subject and line-item text. Each multiple divides the cohort purchase rate by the benchmark rate. The 81-buyer Williams-Sonoma estimate is directional, meaning less certain.
