Which creative provider appeared most often?

Adobe payments appeared for 46.5% of Envato Elements subscribers and Canva payments for 27.3%. Both appeared for 14.3%, so the Adobe and Canva percentages overlap and should not be added together. The combined 59.6% measure counts each subscriber once.

Does concurrent payment show which creative product was primary?

No. The shared window does not establish which subscription came first, whether the products were used together, or whether one affected renewal of the other. Adobe is also measured at the parent level, so its receipts can include Acrobat, Stock, or Creative Cloud rather than a single creative product.

Assumptions & Methodologies

We analyzed YipitData’s U.S. e-receipt panel from August 2024–July 2026. Envato Elements subscribers had a subscription-lifecycle receipt; Market-only buyers had an Envato Market purchase confirmation and no subscription signal. Both groups were present before the window and recently active. Adobe or Canva overlap required at least one paid receipt in the same inbox during the shared window. Adobe is measured at the parent-company level and can include non-creative products. Split inboxes and incomplete receipt capture can understate overlap; the analysis does not establish sequence, product use, substitution, retention, or causality.
