Assumptions & Methodologies
YipitData analyzed its U.S. e-receipt panel on August 4, 2026, covering the trailing 12 months. The cohort comprised 339,525 established, recently active panelists subscribed to at least one of 17 directly billed streaming services; percentages divide each combination's distinct subscriber count by that denominator. A subscription's latest lifecycle email had to indicate active status. Platform-billed, canceled, paused, expired, non-streaming, and free-only YouTube activity was excluded. Results reflect observed panel behavior; platform billing and Disney+/Hulu bundle attribution undercount overlap, while YouTube combines YouTube TV and YouTube Premium.
