NFL+ subscribers were most likely to have ESPN receipts in the offseason

Likelihood that 4,855 NFL+ subscribers had an active ESPN, Fubo, Paramount+, or Peacock receipt from May 1–August 1, 2026 versus 1,030,347 established active panelists; 1.0× = equal likelihood

Source: YipitData U.S. e-receipt panel. The NFL+ cohort used direct paid subscription signals. Annual, bundled, cable, app-store, and YouTube TV billing can be missed, so absolute service shares are floors and the relative comparison is more reliable.

Assumptions & Methodologies

We analyzed our U.S. e-receipt panel. The 4,855-member NFL+ cohort had a direct paid signal from August 2024–February 2026; the benchmark comprised 1,030,347 established, active panelists. We divided each cohort’s May 1–August 1, 2026 service-receipt share by the benchmark share. The sequence analysis used 2,842 dual holders with panel tenure before mid-2022 and compared first-observed NFL+ and other-service paid signals. Direct NFL+ excludes app-store billing. Annual, bundled, cable, app-store, YouTube TV, and Amazon billing may be missed. First-observed dates are floors, and results are observational rather than causal.
