Chart data
| Series | Share of prior UFC PPV buyers |
|---|---|
| No observed active Paramount+ | ~85% |
| Observed active Paramount+ | ~14.5% |
How did Paramount+ adoption change among these UFC buyers?
The estimated active Paramount+ share was 10.4% in December 2025 and rose to 13.2% in January 2026. It reached roughly 14.5% in May–July 2026. The increase describes subscription receipts within the same group of prior UFC PPV buyers; it does not identify why they subscribed.
Does no observed Paramount+ receipt prove a buyer lacked access?
No. Subscription status is estimated from receipts tied to the panelist’s connected inboxes. Another email address, incomplete bundle capture, or shared household access could hide a subscription. The analysis also cannot show future adoption or whether UFC content would change a customer’s decision.
Assumptions & Methodologies
We analyzed a fixed group of 2,221 established U.S. e-receipt panelists who bought a named UFC pay-per-view event through ESPN+ in 2024–2025. Paramount+ active status was estimated monthly from observed receipts, with May–July 2026 used for the latest stable comparison. The panel can miss subscriptions billed through another inbox, shared household account, or some bundles. August 2026 was partial and excluded. Results describe observed subscription overlap and change within this group, not total UFC demand, future conversion, or causality.
